What we do

Capacity Building of SGBs
We offer tailored training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of governing body members, equipping them to fulfill their roles with confidence and effectiveness.
SGB Handover
We assist schools in facilitating seamless
handovers between outgoing and incoming SGB members, ensuring continuity and clarity of responsibilities.
Planning School Development Plans (SDPs)
Our team provides guidance in the strategic planning of School Development Plans, aligning goals and initiatives to the school’s vision and priorities.
